What is Clatuu Fat-Freezing?
Clatuu fat freezing, also known as cryolipolysis, is a non-invasive body contouring treatment designed to reduce stubborn pockets of fat in specific areas of the body. This method uses a 360-degree cooling method to induce cryolipolysis. It is a safe and effective procedure that uses controlled cooling technology to freeze and destroy fat cells, resulting in a more sculpted and contoured appearance. The targeted fat cells are then crystalized and disposed of naturally by the body’s metabolism system, over a span of 6-12 weeks. The surrounding cells will not be affected at all.
During a Clatuu fat freezing treatment, a specialized device is applied to the targeted area of the body. The device uses suction to draw the fatty tissue between two cooling panels. The panels then cool the fat cells to a temperature that triggers a natural cell death process called apoptosis. This selective cooling method freezes the fat cells without harming the surrounding skin, nerves, or other tissues.
Once the fat cells are frozen, they gradually undergo a natural elimination process by the body’s lymphatic system. Over time, the treated fat cells are metabolized and eliminated from the body, resulting in a reduction of fat in the treated area.
Clatuu fat freezing is commonly used to address areas with stubborn fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise, such as the abdomen, flanks (love handles), thighs, arms, and double chin. It is not a weight loss treatment but rather a targeted fat reduction method for individuals who are close to their ideal weight but have localized areas of excess fat.
The procedure typically takes about one hour per treated area, and most patients can resume their normal activities immediately afterward. Some individuals may experience mild discomfort, tingling, or numbness during the treatment, but these effects are temporary and generally resolve on their own.
Is the treatment painful?
There is a slight sensation when the applicator is placed on the treatment area. During the first 10 minutes, there may be a slight tinge or coldness but the sensation would gradually subside along the way as the area starts to numb.
What are the advantages of Clatuu?
One of the advantages of Clatuu fat freezing is that it is a non-surgical procedure, which means there are no incisions, anaesthesia, or downtime associated with it. The treatment is generally well-tolerated, and side effects are minimal.
Some other advantages of Clatuu are that each session only takes 40 to 60 minutes and is non-invasive with minimal downtime.
